Thomas Perry, M.D., F.A.C.C.
Board-certified Cardiologist

Thomas Perry, M.D., F.A.C.C. Thomas was born in 1946 in Mansfield, Ohio, and grew up in Phoenix. He attended Stanford University, and then graduated from the University of California at San Diego Medical School in 1974. He did his internal medicine residency at St. Joseph's hospital in Phoenix, then cardiology fellowships in Buffalo, NY, and Danville, PA. He began practicing cardiology in Phoenix in 1989. He taught himself Spanish, and speaks it fluently. He is studious, and stays abreast of the literature and new developments in cardiology. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology, and is certified in cardiology and nuclear cardiology. He is well liked by his staff and his patients. He likes to play pool, hike, travel, and collect paintings. He has two teenage daughters, Roxanne and Ramona.



Cesar Mendoza, M.D., F.A.C.C.
Board-certified Cardiologist

Cesar Mendoza, M.D., F.A.C.C. Cesar was born in 1967 in Chachapoyas, Peru. He graduated from the Federico Villarreal National University Medical School in Lima, Peru, in 1993. There, he did a residency in thoracic and cardiovascular surgery and then practiced heart surgery for three years. He then moved to the United States, and spent seven years in training at the University of Miami, which included a year of training in cardiac and peripheral catheter interventions. He has authored numerous publications, and has received several awards for academic honor. He is certified in cardiology, interventional cardiology, and peripheral vascular disease. He has been practicing in Phoenix with Maryvale Cardiology since July, 2006. He is the director of the cardiac catheterization laboratory at Maryvale Hospital. He recently added laser treatment of leg varicose veins to his repertoire of invasive interventional treatments. He is married to Patricia, and they have two teenage children, Juan and Patricia.
